REFUND POLICY
Eligibility for Returns

Items must be new, unworn, and unwashed with tags attached.

Returns must be made within 14 days of delivery.
Items Not Eligible for Return

Sale, discounted, promotional, or giveaway items.

Items returned more than 7 days after a return label is issued.

Items returned in an unacceptable condition (stains, odors, signs of use, or alterations).
Unacceptable Condition

Returned items are inspected upon arrival.

Items deemed unfit for resale may be sent back to you at your expense or discarded at our discretion.
Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

For an exchange, return the item for store credit and place a new order.
Return Shipping

A $7.95 shipping and handling fee will be deducted from your refund.
Store Credit

Refunds are issued as store credit only.

A unique credit code will be emailed for use at checkout.

Shipping and insurance fees are non-refundable.
Once your return is processed we’ll issue a store credit that you can use on a future order. Keep an eye out for an mail with your unique credit code.
